ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ: ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ਖਰੀਦਣ-ਵੇਚਣ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਫੀਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੁੱਗਣਾ ਵਧਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਸਿੱਧੇ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੁਣ ਮਕਾਨਾਂ-ਪਲਾਟਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਜਾਇਦਾਦਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੀਆਂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਦੁੱਗਣੀ ਫੀਸ ਅਦਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਤੇ ਦਿਹਾਤੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਲਈ ਤਕਰੀਬਨ 682 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ।

ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਈ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਬੈਠਕ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਲੀਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਸਕਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਰ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਨੂੰ 200 ਰੁਪਏ ਤੋਂ ਵਧਾ ਕੇ 400 ਰੁਪਏ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਆਂ ਨਾਂਅ ਲਵਾਉਣ ਭਾਵ ਪਾਵਰ ਆਫ ਅਟਾਰਨੀ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਨੂੰ 2,000 ਰੁਪਏ ਤੋਂ ਵਧਾ ਕੇ 4,000 ਰੁਪਏ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਹਰ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੀਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਅਚੱਲ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ਦੀ ਸੇਲ ਡੀਡ ਨੂੰ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਫੀਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੁੱਗਣਾ ਵਾਧਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਬੈਠਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਜਟ ਇਜਲਾਸ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਵੀ ਤੈਅ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮੰਡਲ ਦੀ ਬੈਠਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦਾ ਬਜਟ ਇਜਲਾਸ 12 ਤੋਂ 21 ਫਰਵਰੀ ਤਕ ਸੱਦਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਪਰ ਬਜਟ 18 ਫਰਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਦਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
